At Limitless K9, we are passionate about service dogs and helping improve quality of life through trained companionship.  We strive to increase education and awareness about ADA recognized service animals, as fraudulent use of the term "service dog" or "service animal" have become more widespread in recent years. How to Shop for a Protection or Service Dog

Bringing a new dog into your home and your family is a big commitment, which becomes an even larger investment when you're looking at a fully trained working dog.  At Limitless K9 we believe our dogs are the best protection and service dogs available today but we also believe a responsible owner will do their research, so we encourage our customers to look around.  We are confident our dogs are going to impress when compared to the rest of the market and with that in mind we suggest you do the following when shopping for any trained working dog: 

Meet trainers in person

Meeting a trainer in person can tell you a lot about their methods and what their dogs are like.  You should never purchase a dog from a trainer who can't make the time to meet with you to discuss your needs and talk about their training philosophy.  

Get a demonstration

Proof of quality is always going to be found in watching a working dog perform.  When you're shopping for a protection or service dog make sure you get to see that dog in action.  At Limitless K9 we're always more than happy to show off what our dogs can do! 

See a stressful moment

Dogs can get stressed just like humans and the last thing you want is your well trained working dog breaking down under pressure.  Always attempt to see any protection or service dog react to a stressful situation before you buy to make sure their training can hold up to the test.
